Please note: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your items, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible, all of the following conditions must be met:

The item includes all original parts, accessories, and packaging, and arrives in the same condition as delivered.

Only normal handling is evident; damage from improper or careless use is excluded.

Items where hygiene is essential (e.g., items worn next to skin) must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return.

Defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

Returns are processed within 7 business days after arrival. If all conditions are met, we will confirm acceptance within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect items have been used or damaged for reasons not attributable to us.

Do not return items to the sender address on the parcel.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
The following applies to consumers (natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession).
A. Cancellation Conditions
Withdrawal period: 14 days from the day you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods (for partial deliveries: the last item).
We operate a fully automated fulfillment process. Orders are processed immediately upon placement and cannot be stopped before delivery. Therefore, if you withdraw, the refund is issued after we receive the returned goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us (Silora Fashion) by a clear statement (e.g., email) of your decision to withdraw. The withdrawal is completed once the goods have been received by us. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Shipments in Transit
Our goods are shipped from Asia, which may result in longer transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait to receive the goods and then return them to us. You may notify us of your withdrawal in advance.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you excluding delivery/shipping costs (and excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery). The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice and the returned goods.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
**All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
